Our history

iVox are a young and innovative company operating in the emerging and fast changing world of ICT. Our combined heritage brings considerable experience within both the commercial and technical realms of voice, Internet and infrastructure along with an indepth understanding of the indirect channel community.

Our philosophy

One of the key mantra's running through iVoxx is a famous quote by American entrepreneur, Zig Ziglar where he states that "you can have anything you want in life just by helping enough other people get what they want." By only supplying through the indirect channel, our success is dependent upon us helping those who partner with us to achieve their success.

Channel commitment

We are a channel ONLY service provider. We do not and will not court direct, end-user customers. Wherever possible, we will always pass any direct enquiries through to our Partner channel. What's more, if a customer referred to us by a partner takes out additional products and services then we will pass any referral bonuses back through to the Partner.
