iVoxx launches channel-only hosted VoIP service
Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) iVoxx.co uk have launched a new Hosted VoIP service that is designed to make it easy for organisations to add VoIP to their portfolio and capitalise on the massive growth being experienced in this sector.
The feature packed service delivers secure, reliable and high quality telecoms services with a simple pricing model of just £10 per seat per month.
"We've seen the hosted market explode over recent months and it's not surprising with the features and quality available from services like iVoxx." Explains James, Operations Manager at iVoxx.co.uk. "We've spent a long time setting up the platform and making sure it's reliable and robust to ensure the best possible customer experience."
iVoxx Office has all the standard call control features you'd expect as well as a host of premium features you'd pay extra for with other providers. "The irony is that Presence, Voicemail to Email and Per-Seat Billing are typically the preserve of larger enterprises even though it's the smaller business that would benefit from them more so we have included them as standard." Continues James.
The portfolio also includes many other services that you'd expect to see from a ITSP such as SIP trunking, SIP numbering (or inbound services) and Assured Access Circuits. "We are seeing a move towards a 'one-stop-shop' by the end user customers as they look for that one throat to choke so we have ensured that our portfolio gives everything the end user will need so our Partners too can benefit from a single source supplier."
