SPEED OF SIGHT believe that people who are able to take part in a sporting or physical activity find that it helps with their self esteem, social interaction and physical and mental well being. About Mike Newman
Speed Of Sight charity founder Mike Newman is a 5 times Guinness World Record holder and is the fastest blind man on the planet.
Those who know him will describe Mike as a modest man who combines his thrill for speed with a determination to increase the equality of opportunity for others. Formally a bank manager, Mike broke his first land speed record on a motorbike, going on to achieve three world land speed records in a car and more recently achieving the water speed record.
